We are a team of licensed and pre-licensed therapists committed to providing our community with the emotional tools and guidance needed to build, strengthen, and maintain a healthy and functional life. View 7 Photos Several of our professionals are trained in various EBPs such as IPT (Interpersonal Psychotherapy for Depression), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Gottman Method for Couples, Infant Massage Therapy, Art and Play therapy for children, and our main approach is EMDR, which is offered in person and/or via telehealth.
