I believe that therapy can provide a place for healing, growth and creativity. Whether you are starting therapy for the first time or seeking a new approach, I will meet you with compassion and curiosity - working to create a space in which you feel safe and deeply heard. My style is warm, nonjudgmental and creative. Together we will find space and meaning for that which may not yet be fully felt or understood.
