I work with individuals of all ages supporting growth towards managing anxiety, OCD, life transitions, stress, parenting, family/relationship difficulties, panic attacks, school avoidance, ADHD, and Autism. We will work together towards living life the way you want, with treatment individualized around your interests and personality. Each session will work towards expanding your world outside of emotion-based thinking while learning and using new skills to maintain a life grounded in choice and aligned with your values. I also have experience providing therapeutic services for young professionals, clinicians, students, and families.
