It is my goal to provide clients with a safe and supportive space to reflect on their experiences and help them to explore new tools and strategies including learning healthy and effective coping skills and mindfulness to make life feel more manageable. I have a special interest and passion for working with children using the language of play and offer a variety of modalities that allow children to safely explore and express their thoughts, feelings and behaviors within the therapeutic space.
