Hi there, welcome. It is wonderful to see you are taking the first step to connect with a therapist. My style is casual, and client centered. My clients set their own goals as I support them in feeling heard, safe and an equal part of the therapy process. Our focus would be to identify areas of difficulty, build on the strengths you already have, identify triggers and learn coping strategies to help ease symptoms that may be impacting day to day life. I believe in the importance of meeting people where they are, and providing non judgmental, open connections. I specialize in supporting women who identify with the following: family or parental conflict including estrangement, caregiving, grief, anxiety and/or chronic illness. To support those with busy schedules or mobility difficulties, I offer telehealth sessions and depending on location convenient in person appointments at your home.
