We welcome adult and adolescent clients of all races, cultures, LGBTQ, etc. Are you struggling with work, relationships, or past trauma? We offer a safe, nonjudgemental, compassionate atmosphere. We use somatic and deeply relational modalities. Therapy sessions shouldn't be just talking about feelings, but instead having a new experience, so you leave each session feeling different, better. Together, we forge new pathways for lasting healing. While my caseload is often full, I have clinicians available who I supervise in our shared approach- a somatic, relational, experiential modality, AEDP. Also IFS-inspired. We see adults, adolescents, and families and focus on anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also help college/graduate students with overcoming academic obstacles and clarifying life goals. Other specialties: postpartum, trauma, parenting children with special needs, learning differences, giftedness, academic stress, and optimizing creativity.
