As a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, I believe in the innate capacity of every individual to grow, heal, and transform. My role is to walk alongside you in that process offering a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, identify patterns and build tools for lasting emotional wellness. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and grounded in the belief that healing begins when we find the words to express what we have experienced.
