I am uniquely experienced and trained to help children and adults overcome mental health issues and achieve peace of mind, resilience and improved coping skills. I specialize in most mental health issues, including but not limited to: anxiety, ADHD, depression, behavior problems in school and at home, obsessive compulsive disorder, grief, marital and relationship issues. I am available both online and in person in a therapeutically decorated office. For children and teens, my office is well stocked with therapeutic toys, games and programs. Social skills and public speaking groups are available for all ages.
