Therapy should be easy, accessible, and tailor made to your needs. I aim to meet people where they are in their lives, navigate those struggles in a partnership, and help create a plan together for a solution forward. Most of my clients who end up in therapy, report feeling stuck in the mud, sometimes for many years.
