I am a psychotherapist and a life coach working in Portland, Maine. I help my clients overcome mental health disorders and the problems connected to them. I have 20 plus years of experience treating anxiety, depression, substance dependency, trauma and stress, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I work with couples, individuals, and families coping with confusing, sometimes chaotic situations. I use different approaches for different problems, some brief and some longer-term. Philosophically, I approach my work from a psychodynamic perspective that fits nicely in my work with family systems.
