I work with individuals and couples who are seeking change. Most people I work with share about feelings that interfere with not only their day to day, but have been with them for much of their life. They describe these feelings as overwhelming. And even when these feelings appear to be gone, they are quick to remind that they are nearby and seemingly always lingering. For these types of experiences we can use evidence-based tools to disrupt unhelpful patterns, explore unmet needs, and offer space for what matters most to you. The goal of this work usually revolves around feeling less stuck and to feel more flexible and empowered.
