Hi, I’m Chelsea. I understand what it means to carry a full plate and still try to pour into others. As a mom, partner, friend, and Marriage and Family therapist, I know the pressure of balancing family, career goals, relationships, and the never-ending carpool schedule. I also know that we often give our best to everyone else… and forget to leave space for ourselves. That’s where therapy comes in.
