Hi, I know life can be a little messy, a little chaotic and a little sad from time to time and sometimes we need a little help sorting it out. If you have not felt yourself in a while, maybe due to a death of a loved one, a traumatic event, other life transition or maybe you are not really sure was it is that is troubling you, I would be happy to help you get things sorted out. We will work together on feeling content and fulfilled in your life in whichever parts of it you feel are not quite right.
