I am a Certified Life Coach supporting individuals through life transitions, emotional wellness, and personal growth. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing a Master of Social Work degree at Rutgers University. My coaching focuses on mindset development, confidence building, organization, and work life balance. Services are coaching only and do not include therapy or clinical treatment.
