My goal is to meet each client with compassion, curiosity, and strategies that actually work. I’m a seasoned therapist with experience in schools and both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. I work with children, teens, and adults, and I understand how personal challenges are often shaped by the past and the stressors experienced.
