I offer in-person therapy for adults in Westchase, FL or tele-therapy to adults across Florida, using approaches like trauma-informed care, mindfulness, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), art therapy, and other supportive modalities. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space for healing and growth.
