Do you find yourself feeling stuck in certain feelings? We call emotions "feelings" because they are experienced physically first, and then words are put to what is felt. If talking yourself out of uncomfortable feelings isn't working, you may want to try body-based therapy. All of your emotions are needed to fully express yourself, just as a dancer needs a full range of motion, and an artist needs every color. I help clients to cope with uncomfortable and painful feelings in order to open up to feeling safe experiencing the full range of human emotions. I offer traditional talk therapy, body-based therapy, and Walk & Talk therapy.
