I offer convenient, flexible, nonjudgmental, tele therapy. With unconditional positive regard, I specialize in working with those suffering from anxiety, relational issues, depression, and parenting challenges in order to heal, alleviate distress, bring inner peace, and overall wellbeing as you heal the old hurts which block your path. I hold two Masters Degrees. One in Counseling Psychology and one in Spiritual Psychology. This allows me to utilize a great number of unique therapeutic approaches and tools. I assist my clients to heal and grow while learning to use these tools, in order to live with greater peace, success, and joy.
