My interest is partnering with clients providing information and strategies that come from clinical research complimenting Biblical truths leading to deeper and more satisfying relationships within the family. Areas often addressed in therapy include; grief and loss, family changes, and communication styles many of which are positively impacted by increasing 'Emotional Intelligence'. Emotional Intelligence encompasses self-awareness, understanding and managing emotions, learning how to appropriately respond and connect to people/situations, and developing and maintaining healthy relationships. Adults, as well as, children often experience frustration when attempting to balance the demands of life while making and maintaining connections with others.
