With over 30 years of experience as a psychologist working with children, adolescents and adults, I have learned that a comfortable and honest relationship is the key to a successful outcome. I strive to create an environment that allows clients to feel safe in addressing their challenges and goals. I have extensive experience as a developmental psychologist, and I consider any intervention in the context of the client's broader environment. While I have extensive training in several clinical methods, my work draws most from research in cognitive behavior therapy and family systems.
