About
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC). I work with adults, couples, and children through a trauma-informed, somatic, and creative approach. As a trauma specialist, my work explores how early experiences shape the ways we cope with stress, emotions, and relationships. These patterns can create tension or repeated struggles that leave us feeling stressed, stuck, or disconnected. Through EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic approaches, I help clients process what’s underneath so they can feel calmer, more grounded, and better connected with themselves and others.
