Hi! I'm Christen and I am a Licensed Therapist (LCSW). I have been working with both adults and kids for more than 16 years. I love working with clients and I can't wait to meet you. Together we can come up with goals that direct our treatment plan to meet your individual needs. I am energetic, hopeful, and always find ways to creatively help my clients. In our first session together I usually introduce myself and give an overview of the process of therapy. Then I give you the opportunity to ask any and all questions you may have. I think it's most important that you feel welcomed and that this is a judgement free zone.
