I am a licensed therapist with more than 20 years of clinical and supervisory experience. My approach to therapy is unique to each person. I strive to be warm and supportive, as well as gently challenging when needed. Together we will explore how you came to be who you are and where you would like to go, identifying your strengths, what has gotten in your way, and creating pathways to living with greater self-understanding, joy and authenticity. I treat adults and couples who seek therapy for a variety of reasons, including difficulty with mood and anxiety, relationship and identity issues, life transitions and trauma.
