I work with children, teens, and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, depression, or past trauma. Some are coping with loss, abuse, or self-harm, others working towards recovery. I also work with couples experiencing difficulties in their relationships and, in addition, with children navigating Autism. My clients are often looking to better understand their feelings, and I help them to find new tools to manage emotions more effectively. I believe everyone has the ability to heal, and I aim to help each person feel supported, understood, and empowered to move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
