People are dynamic and complex. I have a deep awareness and respect for what I don’t know, what I need to learn, and the many ways I can collaborate with a person in their OCD treatment. Our mental and emotional health is so important, and I'm honored to be part of that wellness community. At NOCD, my team and I provide effective treatment for OCD and related conditions, such as BFRBs (including skin-picking, nail-biting, and hair-pulling). Our understanding of the nuances of these conditions enables us to diagnose and treat them properly. We have also received training in evidence-based treatments.
