Hello, I'm Christine. My approach to therapy is simple: be open-minded, accepting, and non-judgmental. Life can be challenging at times, and even when we are working hard to push through, it can still get the best of us. Seeking support is brave, and the outcome can be incredibly rewarding. Having compassion for yourself and seeing tangible results are key pieces to completing the journey. I work from a strength-based perspective using various goal-focused therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
