I’m so glad you found me. I work with individuals who are struggling with their mental health, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Many people reach out when symptoms begin to interfere with daily life. In our work together, we’ll focus on understanding what may be contributing to these challenges and collaborate on ways to cope that feel realistic, supportive, and meaningful to you. I also have a special interest in supporting clients with chronic illness and disability, informed by both lived and professional experience, and an understanding of how health can shape mental health and everyday life.
