Thanks for visiting my page, I am so glad you are here. I specialize in trauma and PTSD (including “big-T” and “little-t” trauma), ADHD, anxiety, depression, family changes, and developmental transitions. I strive to help clients of any age build compassion for their authentic selves and the various parts that make up who they are. From there, we work together to more effectively engage with family, work or school, and to find increased fulfillment and meaning in everyday life. After 12 years teaching elementary school, I pursued therapy to better support children, teens, and adults navigating emotional and relational challenges.
