My goal in all my work with all my different clients is to help them better understand themselves, their lives and their struggles. With honesty, compassion, warmth, humor and respect, as well as my own insights and knowledge gained from my work and my life, I help people more fully become who they wish to be. Whether their issues are behavioral, emotional, relational or involving more specific challenges, I use different strategies from different disciplines to assist my clients in reaching their goals.
