Hello! My name is Chris Stone. I am a California Licensed Marriage and Family, earning a Master's at Pepperdine University in 2010. I feel it is helpful to utilize training and experience along with empathy, compassion, and optimism working towards goals related to growth, trauma (when relevant), and improvement in mental health. I have gotten positive feedback around supporting folks trauma, depression and anxiety. I have been trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) used to address trauma / trauma related areas of focus. When one is stable and ready to address traumas I think it can be a profoundly healing!
