I have extensive experience working with; multiple or complex traumatic events, sexual assault recovery, childhood abuse recovery, attention deficit and learning disabilities, mood disorders, personality disorders, and problematic sexual behaviors. I also assist parents and teens navigate the teen years with improved communication and connection between parents and teens. I have extensive experience working with military personal, military families and spouses, law enforcement officers, first responders, expert witness testimony, and probation requirements. I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Individual, and group. I work collaboratively with clients to develop an individualized treatment plan that meets the client’s goal(s) for therapy.
