My journey in helping others meet their mental health goals began at Westfield State College in 2004, graduating summa cum laude with a bachelor in social work. After raising 2 children I returned to what had become Westfield State University and completed my masters degree in one year with the goal of becoming a clinical therapist. Since that time I have worked with clients from 12-90 get the support they need. Our first session is the building blocks of the therapeutic relationship. I do alot of listening, asking questions that help me understand what lead you to therapy so that I can help you be your best self.
