When I welcome you into therapy, I want to hear and understand your story, what you'd like to change about your life, the fears you may have about achieving your aims, and the obstacles you believe are in your way. You're not broken, although sometimes it may feel that way, and you may feel stuck in your emotional and psychological growth. You may need help in remembering your value. Together we will make adjustments so that you feel more yourself, function better and be at peace with who you are. You are your own expert, but I am here to work with you to chart a path toward wholeness. I will support and guide you on that path.
