Hello and welcome. Are you looking to heal on a deeper level? I offer a wide array of holistic healing including reiki, yoga, breath work, the Emotional Freedom Technique and expressive arts therapy. These modalities allow you to express and explore your feelings, and heal your body on a deeper level. I also offer talk therapy using dialectical behavioral therapy to help change thought patterns, negative self talk, and work on coping skills to self soothe, within the context of a safe, warm therapeutic relationship. I specialize with girls and women struggling with anxiety, ADHD, depression, ED, body image & big transitions.
