From the outside your life looks “fine,” so people say you have no reason to feel anxious or depressed. Inside, you feel stuck, numb, or like you’re living on autopilot. You might be LGBTQIA+ or questioning and notice you edit yourself around family, friends, or partners. In my Pittsford office and online, I love working with people who are tired of performing and curious about who they really are.
