It takes strength and vulnerability to do therapy. Sometimes the bravest thing is just showing up. I am a teacher at heart and will take advantage of a teaching moment. I believe in being authentic and curious while exploring possibilities vs labeling and judging. Knowing who we are authentically is powerful.
