Therapy is a place to explore thoughts, feelings, past and current experiences that are impacting your life, build skills, and to be heard. Together we will identify what is important to you and direct our conversations to help you get “unstuck from the muck.” I focus my practice on youth and young adults, many whom have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, social pressures, strained relationships, adjustment difficulties, divorced or separated parents, behavior and learning needs, have been in foster care or adopted. I am an LGBTQ+ inclusive care provider. I have experience with resistant youth and those who are self-motivated.
