Life can hit us with challenges, whether they come in the form of unexpected change, unwelcome events, or damage to an important relationship … maybe even the relationship with yourself. During the most difficult days of my own life, key individuals offered me life-giving support, teaching me that I wasn’t the problem – it was the way I chose to cope with it that required the attention. That shift in my thinking opened a path to healing and greater wholeness. It is now my privilege and honor to provide a safe, respectful space where people are fully accepted as they are. I draw from culturally sensitive and evidence-based therapies that focus on attachment, trauma-informed care, and family systems.
