I believe the healing power of therapy lies in the strength of connection and trust within the therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a safe space in which individuals and couples can show up, just as they are, while learning to grow into their strengths and foster self-understanding and compassion. I also support clients in seeing themselves within the larger context of their lived history, and the wider social and political landscape.
