I like working with adolescents to adults who struggle with concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship issues, major life transitions, chronic pain, and substance use. I believe in the importance of partnership and collaboration as I accompany my clients navigating the journey of their lives, with warmth and cultural sensitivity. Being a native of Puerto Rico, I also love working with the Spanish- speaking community.
