Colleen has over a decade of experience helping clients sort through their thoughts and feelings to better manage their lives. She provides clients with tools they can take with them after their time with her has ended. Colleen tailors her treatment to the needs of the client. She works with adults (individuals and couples). Colleen uses behavioral and cognitive techniques and is a certified hypnotist. Colleen has authored a book “Tools for Creating a Life You Love”. Colleen is now accepting clients for video sessions. Colleen accepts clients with insurance through several platforms, private pay or works with a sliding scale.
