I have been very fortunate to meet some fascinating individuals over the last twenty-two years that I have been in the behavioral health field. In helping others to envision the possible avenues they could pursue to alleviate their emotional and mental pain, I learned a great deal about the human capacity for resilience. I am thankful to have played a small part in helping people to regain their dignity and I am awed by the courage they demonstrated to do so. In my role as a psychotherapist,I help individuals, couples and families, to sort through the layers of complications that can keep us all from feeling connected to ourselves
