I’m an AASECT certified sex therapist who helps individuals and couples improve intimacy, communication, and connection. Many clients come in feeling disconnected, navigating desire differences, or unsure how to express needs. I offer a warm, affirming, sex-positive space for honest exploration and growth. I work with monogamous, poly/CNM, queer, and kinky relationships. Together, we clarify needs, build emotional safety, and create more intentional, fulfilling ways of relating.
