I'm dedicated to empowering people to make the changes in thinking and behavior that will allow them to take charge of their lives. As a woman committed to her own healing journey, I've helped people heal and transition through the pain of divorce, the family strain of medical/mental illness, grief/loss, trauma, and the challenges of marital/couple relationships. My approach is directive, action oriented, and intended to help you accomplish your goals in a timely fashion. I use a vast selection of effective skills and techniques in the context of a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship that includes EMDR services.
