Navigating stress, trauma, mood changes, or substance use can feel especially heavy when you’ve also had to navigate feeling misunderstood, marginalized, or unsafe being yourself. I work with adolescents (14+) and adults, including individuals within the LGBTQ+ community, who are seeking a supportive, affirming space to heal and grow. My specialties include stress, trauma and PTSD, mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, and substance-use disorders, including drug and alcohol addiction.
