Hello, my name is Contessa Ruiz, and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I have such a firm belief in the power of change in each individual. I consider the job I do a privilege to walk alongside people in the journey of self-awareness. I enjoy approaching client work from the lens of an attachment theory. I work to help clients learn to integrate all parts of themselves so as to live their most authentic lives. I use quite a bit of cognitive behavioral therapy in my work with clients.
