I use telehealth to work with clients who live in Massachusetts and in South Carolina I have 30 years experience treating adults with anxiety, depression, trauma history, chronic illness and substance abuse. I take a Reflective Listening approach, helping you to identify strengths, obstacles and a plan for change. I will help you identify how to cope with your circumstances, to work through anxiety and identify your strengths. Together we will work at achieving your goals.
