It can be hard to take that first step and I strive to create a safe landing place when you do! My passion is walking with people through challenges towards health. I specialize in trauma and grief, and have specific training in pregnancy and infant loss. I believe strongly in using body and brain therapies to help people heal more effectively that talk therapy alone through Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and Brainspotting. I also bring specialized training to integrate faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process as much or a little as the client prefers for holistic care of heart, mind, and spirit.
