She/Her During times of challenge, many feel stressed, lost, alone, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I offer a warm, compassionate space to help you connect with yourself in a kind, loving way. My care is rooted in the belief that you are inherently good and whole. I support people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, sexual assault, shame, personal growth, and ecological grief. As a former doula, I also help process childbirth-related trauma. My practice includes an awareness of BIPOC experiences and the impacts of systemic oppression and generational trauma. My approach is collaborative and grounded in meeting you where you are. I use body-centered modalities, self-compassion practices, and mindfulness to help find ease and healing. My training includes Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Touch Therapy, and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy. I also offer non-Western care.
