My role as your therapist is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal. With experience across community mental health, school-based therapy, and private practice, I frequently work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and the lasting impact of trauma. I offer clients help with regulating their nervous system, challenging negative self-beliefs, rewriting their trauma narrative, and strengthening boundaries and communication skills.
